Further, is evidence of that police has been vested with too much power over the citizen who in fact pays his salary. The US has became a very dangerous and police state with absolute power which corrupts. To shoot a man in the back who is unarmed and restrained on the floor is might cowardly and disgraceful. But we have seen this much of the white Americans oppressive treatment of humans worldwide from nuclear bombings (when they could not oppres and win wars), to illegal wars down to shooting its own citizens because they are black citizens.
