BART officer to be charged with murder

It’s been a while since Oscar Grant’s execution, but it appears that Johannes Mehserle will be charged with murder for shooting the man in the back while another officer knelt on his neck.

Apparently, his defense is based on the premise that he intended to use his taser instead. “I didn’t mean to kill him, your honor, I was just trying to punish and humiliate him while he was completely under control by another officer.”

This is a prime example of the value and dignity of a black man in the eyes of the white race. Further, is evidence of that police has been vested with too much power over the citizen who in fact pays his salary. The US has became a very dangerous and police state with absolute power which corrupts. To shoot a man in the back who is unarmed and restrained on the floor is might cowardly and disgraceful. But we have seen this much of the white Americans oppressive treatment of humans worldwide from nuclear bombings (when they could not oppres and win wars), to illegal wars down to shooting its own citizens because they are black citizens. Its the devils work.
